The administrator processes personal data in accordance with the legal requirements set out in the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 2016.119.1) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services and the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law.
Personal data is processed based on the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the laws authorize the Administrator to process personal data. Personal data will be deleted after the period during which they are necessary to process.
The administrator processes personal data exclusively for the purpose specified in the selection box (checkbox) marked by the User before sending their personal data to the Administrator of Personal Data.
The user has the right to access their personal data, request correction, supplementation or deletion, request a restriction of the processing of their personal data, object to the processing of their personal data, transfer their personal data and file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The administrator will respond to the User’s requests without undue delay, but no later than within 1 month.
The administrator informs that it entrusts the personal data, observing all security requirements, to external entities processing, mainly companies providing professional hosting or courier services. Personal data is not transferred to third countries.
Applied Data Processing Security Measures
The data is processed in a Collection operating within the computer system. A high level of security is used in the computer system.
The computer system is secured by the use of hardware and software solutions. The Data Protection Administrator uses security measures tailored to current needs and ensures their correct configuration, preventing access to stored personal data by unauthorized persons.
Cookie Policy
The Service Operator stores information in the end-user’s telecommunication device in the form of so-called cookies.
Cookies are not used to process information about customers or track their navigation. Cookies used in the store do not store any personal data or other information collected from users.
The Service Operator uses session cookies, which are created and exist only during the browser session. They are necessary for the proper functioning of individual elements of the Service.
The Service Operator uses permanent cookies, which are stored in the user’s device for a specified time in the file parameters or until they are manually deleted by the user.
Stored information or access to it does not cause configuration changes in the user’s end-user telecommunication device and software installed on this device.
The user can give consent to access cookies using the software settings installed in the telecommunication device used by him. The user can set the level of access to cookies in the web browser used by him.

The exclusive owner of all rights and licenses, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights, of the graphical elements, page layout, verbal and graphic marks, including the name of the Service and its logo, texts and descriptions used in the Service is the Service Operator. Any use and dissemination of the elements of the Service without explicit permission is prohibited.
Copying and imitating the whole or part of the Service, user interfaces, including the information architecture, concepts, all content, texts, graphic designs (design), plastic works, photographs, logos, trademarks, sounds and music, animations, behaviors, and interface solutions is prohibited. They are protected by copyright law, industrial property law and other intellectual property rights, as well as laws against unfair competition.
Decompiling, decoding, replaying or attempting to reconstruct or discover the source code, algorithms, file formats, or programming interfaces or any files contained in the Service’s software is prohibited. It is also prohibited to bypass or indicate a way to bypass technical protections of the software.
