He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. His diploma thesis was distinguished through publication in the Scientific Journal of the University. He completed postgraduate studies in Negotiation, Mediation, and Other Alternative Methods of Dispute Resolution at the University of Warsaw with distinction. He also completed legal training and was entered on the list of legal advisors at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow (registration number KR – 2392).
He gained experience by working in renowned law firms. During this collaboration, he held positions in the intellectual property law department as well as in corporate support for business entities. He possesses extensive litigation experience. He participated in several hundred court proceedings involving civil law, copyright, commercial law, administrative law, labor law, and family law. He represented clients in common courts, administrative courts, the Patent Office, the Financial Ombudsman, and various public institutions and offices.
He participated in and provided advice on the establishment, transformations, and liquidation of capital companies. He represented business entities and consumers in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
As a corporate lawyer (in-house lawyer) and the owner of a Law Office, he provided legal services to numerous entities in the e-commerce industry. He drafted and reviewed terms and conditions for websites, advised online stores, prepared documents and procedures for personal data protection for websites, including GDPR procedures. He provided legal support for one of the first f-commerce platforms in Poland.
He served as the chairman and a member of supervisory boards in municipal companies and joint-stock companies.
He has participated in numerous legal conferences and scientific gatherings and is the author of both academic and popular science articles.
